For October, TLC’s Design Your Own Space promotion has been reskinned as Frankenstein’s Kitchen. Your space can become anything. Start with the Design Your Own Space Catalogue, choose and combine the building blocks that suit your intended space, and bring your measurements and selections to TLC. TLC helps identify the corresponding catalogue products, explains the available standard options, flags missing information or obvious product questions and prepares the quotation.

All standard units listed in the Design Your Own Space Catalogue and their available unit-level upgrades receive 10% off under the current promotion.

Get 20% off qualifying TLC Double Door Vanity and Hampshire Double Door Vanity units during October 2026.

Tender Loving Creation Challenge
Show us a TLC project created using TLC products for a chance to win a Standard or Double Kitchen Buddy of your choice. Take a photo of your project, post it publicly on Facebook and/or Instagram using #TLCONLINE, and get your friends and family involved. The qualifying entry with the most combined likes across Facebook and Instagram wins. Entries close on 31 October 2026.

Frankenstein’s Kitchen

Frankenstein’s Kitchen is TLC’s October presentation of the Design Your Own Space catalogue-led route for creating customer-defined spaces using one or more products from the Design Your Own Space Catalogue. It is not limited to kitchens. Suitable catalogue units may be selected and combined for kitchens, laundries, coffee bars, offices, canteens, workrooms, retail spaces, storage areas and other client-selected applications.

The catalogue defines the available products—not the room in which those products may be used. The customer decides what the space needs to become and remains responsible for the intended purpose, design, layout, arrangement and measurements.

Starting your enquiry
Professional drawings are not required to begin. A customer may start with a clear list of product codes or descriptions, required sizes, a hand-drawn sketch, a digital layout or a more detailed plan. TLC may request additional dimensions, layout information or product details before preparing or finalising the quotation.

TLC’s role
TLC provides catalogue-product guidance. TLC Sales may explain catalogue products, identify the catalogue products corresponding to the customer’s description, recommend available standard options, flag missing information or obvious product questions and prepare the quotation from the information supplied by the customer.

TLC’s product guidance does not mean that TLC has designed the customer’s space or accepted responsibility for the customer’s original layout or measurements. Where the customer requires TLC to develop or take responsibility for the design or layout, the enquiry must follow the applicable TLC Custom process.

Eligible standard catalogue units
The current 10% discount applies to every standard unit listed in the Design Your Own Space Catalogue.

Eligible unit-level upgrades
Available unit-level upgrades attached to qualifying Design Your Own Space catalogue units also receive the 10% discount.

Custom-sized catalogue units
A recognisable Design Your Own Space catalogue product may be custom-sized within TLC’s approved parameters, subject to technical feasibility and quotation. The 10% discount applies to the unit’s base catalogue price only. The custom-sizing surcharge and any other individually assessed work are calculated separately and do not receive the promotional discount.

Excluded bathroom vanities
Bathroom vanities are not included in the Design Your Own Space Catalogue and therefore do not qualify for the Frankenstein’s Kitchen / Design Your Own Space promotion.

Excluded Additionals
All products and charges listed on TLC’s Additionals page are excluded from the 10% discount. Examples include extra shaker doors, additional rubberwood or countertop material, solid-X sides, extra splashbacks and any other product or charge listed as an Additional.

Combo units
Combo units do not receive the additional 10% discount because they already include an inherent 15% discount.

Bespoke products and mixed orders
A bespoke or non-catalogue product may appear on the same quotation as qualifying Design Your Own Space catalogue units. Bespoke and non-catalogue products must be separately identified, individually assessed and individually priced. They do not receive the Frankenstein’s Kitchen / Design Your Own Space promotional discount.

Where an order contains qualifying standard catalogue units together with custom, bespoke or other non-qualifying components, the 10% discount applies only to the qualifying Design Your Own Space catalogue units and their eligible upgrades. The non-qualifying components are calculated separately and then included in the overall quotation.

The inclusion of a bespoke item does not automatically move the complete order out of Frankenstein’s Kitchen / Design Your Own Space. The enquiry follows the TLC Custom process where TLC is required to develop or take responsibility for the design or layout.

Delivery, installation and other charges
Delivery, installation, custom-sizing surcharges and other non-product or individually assessed charges do not qualify for the Frankenstein’s Kitchen / Design Your Own Space promotional discount.

No minimum order
There is no minimum order value or minimum number of units. Customers may begin with a single qualifying catalogue unit.

Jekyll & Hyde October Vanity Special

The Jekyll & Hyde promotion applies specifically to qualifying TLC Double Door Vanity and Hampshire Double Door Vanity units.

Qualifying units receive a 20% promotional discount.

The promotion applies to qualifying units in available widths from 500mm to 1,200mm.

The TLC Double Door Vanity and Hampshire Double Door Vanity are bathroom-range products and are not included in the Design Your Own Space Catalogue.

They therefore do not qualify for the Frankenstein’s Kitchen / Design Your Own Space 10% discount.

The Jekyll & Hyde 20% discount is separate and does not combine with the Frankenstein’s Kitchen / Design Your Own Space 10% promotion.

The Jekyll & Hyde October Vanity Special is valid until 31 October 2026.

Tender Loving Creation Challenge

A qualifying entry must feature a genuine TLC project created using TLC products. The entrant must post a photo of the project publicly on Facebook and/or Instagram and include the required campaign hashtag #TLCONLINE so that TLC can identify and verify the entry.

The qualifying entry with the highest combined number of likes across its original public Facebook and Instagram posts wins. The winner may choose a Standard or Double Kitchen Buddy. Entries close on 31 October 2026.

Only qualifying posts that meet the competition requirements will be considered.

✓ IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Promotion availability, qualifying products and competition requirements may differ between offers.

October promotions
Frankenstein’s Kitchen and Jekyll & Hyde are separate promotions. Frankenstein’s Kitchen is the October presentation of Design Your Own Space and retains its existing 10% qualifying discount and all existing Design Your Own Space eligibility rules. Jekyll & Hyde is a separate 20% promotion applying specifically to qualifying bathroom vanity units.

Customer information and responsibility
For Frankenstein’s Kitchen / Design Your Own Space, the customer decides the intended purpose, design and layout of the space and provides accurate measurements, product selections and other relevant information. TLC prepares the quotation from the information supplied by the customer.

Customers must review the product descriptions, dimensions, configurations and options recorded on the quotation. Missing or unclear information must be resolved before the order is finalised or manufacturing is authorised.

Drawings and approval
Any layout or drawing prepared by TLC from customer-supplied information records the customer’s agreed instructions. It does not transfer responsibility for the original design, layout or measurements to TLC. The customer must review and approve the quotation and any applicable client-facing drawings before production.

Site verification
Where a site verification is requested and approved by TLC, it takes place after the preliminary scope has been established. The visit checks the customer’s supplied measurements, selections and proposed layout. It is not an on-site design service and does not transfer responsibility for the design or layout to TLC. Site verification is not automatically included with every Frankenstein’s Kitchen / Design Your Own Space enquiry.

No item, no cut
Where cutting or drilling is required for a customer-supplied sink, basin, hob, tap, waste fitting or appliance, TLC must physically receive the relevant item before the affected cutting or drilling can be authorised. Drawings, photographs and specification sheets are not substitutes for the physical item.

Requesting assistance or a quotation
There is no online checkout. Customers may request assistance or a quotation through the relevant product-page quote form, email, phone, WhatsApp or at the Strubens Valley showroom.

Tender Loving Creation Challenge verification
Likes will be counted from the entrant’s original qualifying public Facebook and Instagram posts. Where the same qualifying entry has been posted on both platforms, the visible likes from the original Facebook and Instagram posts will be combined.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their qualifying posts remain publicly visible for the duration of the competition. TLC may contact an entrant if additional information is required to verify an entry, confirm the combined like total or confirm the winner.

Frankenstein’s Kitchen and the current promotion
For October 2026, TLC’s Design Your Own Space promotion is presented as Frankenstein’s Kitchen. The underlying catalogue-led route, qualifying criteria, exclusions and existing promotional rules remain unchanged. The current 10% discount remains the promotional benefit associated with the offer.

TLC may amend, replace, suspend or withdraw the promotional benefit where reasonably necessary. A change to the promotion does not change the purpose or availability of the underlying Design Your Own Space route.

Jekyll & Hyde October Vanity Special
The Jekyll & Hyde October Vanity Special provides a 20% discount on qualifying TLC Double Door Vanity and Hampshire Double Door Vanity units in available widths from 500mm to 1,200mm.

The TLC Double Door Vanity and Hampshire Double Door Vanity are bathroom-range products and are not included in the Design Your Own Space Catalogue. They therefore do not qualify for the Frankenstein’s Kitchen / Design Your Own Space 10% promotion.

The Jekyll & Hyde 20% promotional discount is separate from and does not combine with the Frankenstein’s Kitchen / Design Your Own Space 10% promotional discount.

Tender Loving Creation Challenge
The Tender Loving Creation Challenge is open to qualifying entries featuring genuine TLC projects created using TLC products. To enter, participants must post a photo of their TLC project publicly on Facebook and/or Instagram and include the required campaign hashtag #TLCONLINE.

The winner will be the qualifying entry with the highest combined number of likes across its original public Facebook and Instagram posts. Participants must keep their qualifying posts publicly visible for the duration of the competition so that TLC can verify the entry and its combined like total.

The winner may choose a Standard or Double Kitchen Buddy. The prize may not be exchanged for cash. Entries close on 31 October 2026.

TLC may contact entrants when additional information is required to verify an entry or confirm the winner. TLC reserves the right to exclude entries that do not comply with the stated entry requirements or that involve artificial, fraudulent, purchased or otherwise manipulated engagement.

All TLC promotions are subject to their qualifying requirements, product suitability, availability and, where applicable, stated promotional periods.

Discounts and promotional benefits may not be exchanged for cash. If another TLC promotion runs alongside Frankenstein’s Kitchen / Design Your Own Space, the terms of that specific promotion will state whether the offers may be combined.

TLC Online reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary.

For competitions, TLC reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the stated entry requirements or that involve artificial, fraudulent or manipulated engagement.

Participation in a TLC promotion constitutes acceptance of the applicable promotional terms and conditions.
